Vikki Carrel. National speaker and author of the book - “Switching Lanes”. For fifteen years Vikki worked in the fashion industry. As the co-owner of a Texas based fashion production company she produced events for Olivia Newton John’s Koala Blue Stores, GQ Magazine and designers Steve Fabrikant and Ralph Lauren, to name a few. Vikki draws upon her experiences as a show producer in the high paced world of fashion to enlighten audiences about balancing their lives, alleviating stress and overcoming limitations. Vikki holds a degree in Business Administration/ Marketing. She and her husband, Jeff live in Bucks County, Pennsylvania with their two sons.
Shelley Ashby. A gifted motivator and professional speaker. She has a Master's degree from Temple University in Exercise and Sport Psychology. Shelley has 20 years experience as an educator and fitness trainer in the Health and Wellness industry. She was featured in a fitness series that aired on CNN and co-created and choreographed a fitness video on stability and balance called "Bounce Back." Shelley's Six Step Program to Better Body Balance provides participants with specific tools to improve posture, increase energy, and enhance physical appearance. Shelley and her husband, Rick live in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with their daughter, Kailee.
